职业道德守则与职业行为标准

Our Code of Ethics defines the acceptable behaviors and conduct that govern our professional activities and is fully aligned with Sertus Business Principles.  All employees must read, understand, and sign off on our Code of Ethics. Anyone found to be in violation of the Code of Ethics will be terminated.

本职业道德守则规定了恰当的行为以监督职业活动,且与SERTUS商业原则一致。所有雇员须阅读并签署该道德守则。任何人一经发现违反该守则,将结束与本公司的雇佣关系。

1. Act with integrity, competence, diligence, respect, honesty, and in an ethical manner when dealing with the public, clients, prospective clients, employees, colleagues, and suppliers.

做到正直,尽责,努力,尊重,诚实。在与公众,客户,潜在客户,员工,同事和供应商接触过程中,遵循道德规范。

2. Place the interests of our company and clients above personal interests.  Sertus employees must not encourage or accept gifts, benefits, compensation, or consideration that competes with or might reasonably be expected to compete with the interests of Sertus or of any client.  Employees who have been offered additional compensation, benefits, gifts or consideration must immediately and fully disclose the incident to management.

公司和客户利益高于个人利益。在与公司或者客户利益发生或者可能发生冲突时,SERTUS员工禁止鼓励或接受礼物,福利,补偿金或其他报酬。员工在有人提供额外补偿金,福利,礼物和其他报酬时,应立即向管理层全面报告。

3. Act in a professional, independent and impartial manner. All test and inspection results, production and logistics data, and other findings related to trading activities or services being rendered by Sertus must be reported accurately and honestly, regardless of the result.

处事职业,独立和公正。针对所有的测试和检验,生产和物流数据,以及其他与贸易服务活动相关的任何发现,无论什么样的结果,都应该准确诚实的上报。

4. Keep information about current, former and prospective clients confidential unless: 1) sharing of the information with suppliers or other sub-contractors is necessary in order to carry out the services that Sertus is being asked to render to the client; 2) the information concerns illegal activities on the part of the client; 3) disclosure is required by law; or 3) client specifically authorizes the disclosure of the information.

对现有的,曾经的和潜在客户的信息,均需保密。以下情况例外: 1)在客户要求SERTUS提供且是为了服务于客户时,与供应商或者次级供应商分享信息。 2)客户的非法行为信息  3)法律要求的信息披露 4)客户特定要求的信息披露

5. Respect and value the property rights of others, ensuring proper adherence to all conditions that are outlined in non-disclosure agreements and any specific client/supplier confidentiality requirements. Sertus and its employees will refrain from any unauthorized use, copying, distribution or alteration of any form of intellectual property.

尊重和珍视他人的产权,对于在保密协议中和任何特定客户/供应商的保密要求中所有条件,要适当的坚持。SERTUS及其员工不能执行任何的对知识产品的非授权使用,拷贝,分发流传和更改。

6. Carry out work in accordance with all laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which Sertus operates, including but not limited to those related to labor, immigration, health and safety, and the environment.

遵守SERTUS开展活动所在国的法规和规章制度,包括但不仅限于以下方面:劳动,移民,健康与安全和环境保护。

7. Sertus encourages teamwork, which requires open and honest communication between staff and management at all times. Managers are expected to properly oversee and monitor activities of staff under his/her authority and employees are required not only to ensure that their own actions are in accordance with our Code of Ethics, but must also make reasonable efforts to detect and prevent the actions of others that would be in violation of the Code. Any known violation must be reported immediately to management.

SERTUS鼓励团队合作,鼓励员工与管理层之间的坦诚公开的交流。管理者须恰当监督检查在其授权下的员工活动。员工须确保其行为活动符合道德守则,并且对其他员工可能会违反道德守则的行为,应尽力探查和阻止。任何已知的违反行为须立刻上报。

8.  Supplier selections will be made objectively and according to criteria that extend beyond price, assessing (among other considerations) the supplier’s ability to deliver a quality product and compliance with all labor, worker safety and environmental laws and regulations. Sertus and its employees will make an objective assessment of these criteria through internal audits, external audits or internationally recognized certification programs.

供应商的选择应客观公正,标准包括通价格,评估(其他方面的考虑)供应商提供合格产品的能力,符合劳动,工人的安全,环境保护等方面的法律法规。SERTUS及其员工通过内外部审核,国际认可的认证程序对这些标准进行客观评估

9. Hire and develop the best people. Sertus makes it policy to compensate all workers with wages, overtime premiums, and benefits that exceed legal standards, local industry standards, or collective agreements, whichever are higher.

雇佣与培养优秀人才。SERTUS制度性的对员工通过工资,加班费及福利的形式进行补偿,此类补偿超过法定标准,当地工业标准,公认标准 。

10. Sertus is committed to the protection of the environment, and conducts business in accordance to environmental safety and health laws, including all laws related to waste disposal, air emissions, discharges, toxic substances and hazardous waste disposal. Sertus strives to ensure that all our counterparts are equally committed such that all products shipped pose no known risks to our environment or to consumer safety.

SERTUS致力于环境保护,进行符合环境安全和健康法规的商业活动,此类法规包括有关废物处理,废气排放,排放,有毒物质和危险废弃物。SERTUS竭力确保所有的合作伙伴的产品对环境或者消费者安全无害。
